BACK TO PNG
On Thursday, during a time of prayer and fasting as a campus for the Liberty Ship, it became clear that God was leading me to return. As you read this, I will be flying over the Pacific Ocean on my way to Papua New Guinea.
This trip came together quickly. The ship is currently short staffed and since I don’t have foster children placed with me, I can go now. I will be in PNG for one month serving with YWAM Ships, helping with ship maintenance, setting up the dockside warehouse, and filling in with daily chores and other practical needs. The ship continues to bring medical care to isolated villages in the Madang Province and is working on Bible translation efforts. However, this last year we were also able to see eight new worship songs recorded in seven new languages.
Prayer
I’m sharing this as an announcement and an invitation to pray — for safe travel, clarity as responsibilities take shape, strength for my back, and unity for the crew on board.
