The tribes of Papua New Guinea wait…
Youth With A Mission’s push to send medical care and Bible translation teams to PNG is underway! There have been many delays in the Liberty Marine Vessel being able to take its first medical teams to the isolated tribes. Most recently we keep getting bumped back in the schedule for dry dock repairs in favor of larger vessels which yield a greater profit.
Going Back
A group of us are returning again at the beginning of April with a list of projects to complete.

April project list:
- install new floors
- build shelving in the laundry room
- convert the last bathroom into a pre-surgery shower area for patients
- build upper cabinets in the Mess Hall (dining area)
The Liberty is scheduled to be in dry dock in a few days for its final approval before it sets sail to Madang, PNG. Madang will be the port city between voyages.
Please pray with me that we get into dry dock as scheduled!
- Dry dock, for no more delays and completion of required repairs & inspections
- Health – for my body as I travel
- Salvation – that all of the ship’s crew would follow Jesus
