A New Role

Here on the campus, I recently stepped into a new management role. I have been the campus Projects Manager but will now be managing the entire Facilities Department. This department keeps our campus functioning year-round for our full-time missionary members, volunteers and our students.
Currently it is crewed by a rotating workforce of short-term volunteers who pass through for weeks at a time. With only two of us currently serving full-time in the department. I will be focusing the next several months on recruiting and building a team. I am praying and believing that the Lord will provide five new committed, long-term, skilled workers to shoulder the load together, keep our campus well maintained, and continue to be a place where missionaries are trained, and sent.
